  • Job Summary
    The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
    This role supports daily operations, manages communications, and assists senior leadership to ensure efficient workflow within the department.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Perform a wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience and understanding of organizational practices.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
    • Prepare and compose correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
    • Screen and route telephone calls and resolve a variety of inquiries.
    • Review and respond to emails when appropriate to address issues and inquiries.
    • Schedule and maintain calendars, including appointments, conference calls, meetings, and travel itineraries, while coordinating related arrangements and managing scheduling conflicts.
    • Prepare and distribute meeting notes and action items; track task completion and report issues to the manager.
    • Provide general administrative assistance such as completing forms, filing, ordering office supplies, reconciling expense reports, and assisting visitors.
    • Coordinate department meetings and events.
    • Provide administrative support to the CFO/COO.

    Required Qualifications
    • Experience providing administrative support in a professional environment.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
    • Proficiency with office software and tools used for scheduling, documentation, and communication.
    • Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams.
    • Familiarity with coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
