  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a skilled Surgical Assistant / Surgical First Assist to join our surgical team. The ideal candidate will provide direct support in the operating room, ensuring safe and efficient procedures across multiple specialties including orthopedics, scopi, and robotics.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assist surgeons during operative procedures, including orthopedic, scopi, and robotic surgeries.
    2. Prepare and maintain surgical instruments, equipment, and supplies.
    3. Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and patient safety protocols.
    4. Document patient information accurately in EPIC.
    5. Collaborate with the surgical team to optimize workflow and patient outcomes.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Surgical Assistant or Surgical First Assist.
    2. Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
    3. Demonstrated experience in orthopedic, scopi, and robotic procedures.
    4. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
    2. Ability to adapt to fast-paced surgical environments.
    Certifications (if any)
    1. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
