  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This role involves monitoring patients’ cardiac rhythms, administering treatments, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Monitor and interpret patients’ cardiac rhythms using telemetry equipment.
    • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
    • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
    • Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatments, and recovery plans.
    • Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in medical records.
    • Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions and initiate appropriate interventions.
    • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
    3. Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in telemetry or critical care.
    4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
    5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    6. Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. 3+ years of experience in telemetry or cardiac nursing.
    2. Prior experience in an acute care hospital setting.
    3. Advanced knowledge of cardiac monitoring and arrhythmia interpretation.

    Certifications
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required).
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (preferred).

    Note- Travel Experience Required
