JOB SUMMARY Provide Physical Therapy services to patients in an acute/inpatient setting to restore function, improve mobility, and promote overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities - Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic interventions including exercise, manual therapy, and patient education. - Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Document all patient care and progress accurately and timely in the medical record. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to coordinate patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs. - Ensure compliance with all facility policies and procedures, as well as professional standards.
Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program. - Valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of practice. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience - Minimum of 1-2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience in an acute/inpatient setting. - Demonstrated experience with assessing and treating a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
