Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support our licensed physical therapists in delivering high-quality rehabilitative care. The PTA will assist patients in improving mobility, strength, and overall physical function through prescribed treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement treatment programs under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities
- Monitor patient progress and report updates to the physical therapist
- Educate patients and families on proper echniques for exercises and mobility
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and clinical protocols
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team environment

- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems

- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
