Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to manage a blend of administrative and front desk responsibilities. This role involves supporting patient and donor check-in/check-out processes while also assisting with back-end administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients and blood donors during check-in and check-out.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Support back-end administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Coordinate communication between staff, patients, and donors.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
