  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a reliable and organized Administrative Coordinator to manage a blend of administrative and front desk responsibilities. This role involves supporting patient and donor check-in/check-out processes while also assisting with back-end administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Greet and assist patients and blood donors during check-in and check-out.
    2. Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and handling inquiries.
    3. Maintain accurate records and documentation.
    4. Support back-end administrative functions such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
    5. Coordinate communication between staff, patients, and donors.
    6. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
    2. Prior experience in administrative or front desk roles.
    3. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    6. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Experience in a healthcare or donor services environment.
    2. Knowledge of medical or donor management systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. None required; administrative or healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
