Job Description:

  • Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a contract position in Peabody, Mass.

    The position is in Internal Medicine

    Monday through Friday, 8:30-5:00pm.

    1. Phone triage experience needed.
    2. Internal medicine/primary care experience needed.
    3. Obtain patient medical history.
    4. Completes and documents a medication assessment.
    5. Immunizations
    6. Medication injections- must have a minimum of one year’s experience.
    7. Outpatient tests
    8. Referrals to Physician for tests, procedures
    9. Documentation on Epic
    10. One year of recent experience in Ambulatory care
    11. Flu vaccine
    12. Covid vaccine
