  • Job Summary
    The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), also known as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), provides basic medical care and supports patient wellbeing as part of a collaborative healthcare team. This role includes monitoring vital signs, recording medical histories, assisting with hygiene, and ensuring compassionate, patient-centered care in compliance with clinical standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Check and record patient vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respiration).
    2. Document patient medical history and maintain accurate records.
    3. Assist patients with hygiene and daily living activities.
    4. Support physicians and registered nurses in patient care and procedures.
    5. Monitor patient wellbeing and report changes promptly.
    6. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current LPN/LVN license.
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    3. COVID-19 vaccination card.
    4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a medical team.
    6. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.


    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in a clinical or hospital setting.
    2. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license – required.
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required.
    3. COVID-19 vaccination card – required.
