Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Direct incoming calls to appropriate staff and departments, ensuring clear communication across multiple offices
- Provide efficient and caring client service by greeting patients, preparing them for procedures, and assisting doctors
- Maintain clinic flow by escorting patients to designated labs and offices based on individual needs
- Design and implement organizational tools using office technology to track and restock supplies systematically
- Order medical supplies, review patient records for accuracy and completeness, and streamline documentation of procedures
Required Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a medical assistant or healthcare support role
- Skills: Strong organizational abilities, excellent communication skills, and patient-centered approach
