  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our healthcare team. The CNA will provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, assisting patients with daily living activities and supporting overall clinical operations. This role requires empathy, attention to detail, and a commitment to patient safety and comfort.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
    2. Take and record vital signs such as temperature, blood pressure, and pulse.
    3. Provide support with patient hygiene, comfort, and safety.
    4. Transport patients to and from procedures, examinations, or therapy sessions.
    5. Maintain clean and organized patient care areas.
    6. Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly.
    7. Support nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care.

    Required Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or equivalent.
    • Completion of a state-approved Certified Nurse Assistant training program.
    • Current CNA certification in the state of practice.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment
    • Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in a hospital, nursing home, or clinical setting.
    2. Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification (required).
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
