  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Case Cart Mover to support surgical operations by transporting case carts between the Sterile Processing Department (SPD), Operating Room (OR), and other designated areas. This role ensures timely delivery of complete case carts in alignment with the surgery schedule while maintaining hospital standards for infection control and patient safety.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Transport case carts to and from SPD, OR, and other designated areas
    2. Ensure case carts are complete and delivered on time according to the surgery schedule
    3. Follow hospital protocols for infection control, equipment handling, and patient safety
    4. Assist with inventory restocking and organization of SPD and surgical support areas
    5. Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure operational efficiency
    6. Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
    7. Report damaged or missing items and discrepancies promptly

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent
    2. Ability to lift, push, and transport heavy case carts safely
    3. Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
    4. Effective communication and teamwork skills
    5. Willingness to follow hospital protocols and procedures

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. 2+ years of experience as a Case Cart Technician or in a similar healthcare support role
    2. Familiarity with sterile processing and surgical support operations

    Certifications (if any)
    1. None required; hospital-specific training will be provided
