  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. The CNA will assist patients with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure a safe, comfortable, and patient-centered care environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
    • Measure and record vital signs, height, weight, and other patient observations.
    • Monitor patient conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing team.
    • Assist with patient mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation using proper safety techniques.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
    • Assist nurses with treatments, specimen collection, and other delegated patient care tasks within scope of practice.
    • Ensure patient rooms and care areas are clean, organized, and adequately stocked with supplies.
    • Follow infection prevention, safety, and patient confidentiality policies and procedures.
    • Provide compassionate care while promoting patient dignity, comfort, and independence.
    • Respond promptly to patient requests and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to support quality patient care.

    Required Qualifications
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training program.
    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
    • Knowledge of basic nursing care principles, patient care techniques, and infection control practices.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to lift, transfer, and assist patients safely.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a hospital, long-term care, rehabilitation, skilled nursing, or outpatient healthcare setting.
    • Experience using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
    • Bilingual communication skills.
    • Experience caring for geriatric or medically complex patients.

    Certifications
    • Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
