  • Job Summary
    The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) provides essential patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. The LNA assists with daily living activities, monitors patient health, and supports a safe and comfortable environment to enhance the overall patient experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and feeding.
    2. Monitor and document vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
    3. Support patients with mobility, transfers, and exercise as directed.
    4. Maintain cleanliness and safety in patient rooms and common areas.
    5. Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
    6. Assist nursing staff with medical procedures and patient care plans.
    7. Follow infection control protocols and adhere to safety standards.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current and valid Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification or equivalent.
    2. High school diploma or GED.
    3. Basic knowledge of patient care and medical terminology.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
    6. Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Previous experience working as an LNA in a healthcare setting.
    2. Additional training or certification in CPR and First Aid.

    Certifications
    1. Valid LNA certification (mandatory).
    2. CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
