JOB SUMMARY Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting. Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to restore function, improve mobility, prevent disabilities, and promote overall wellness.
Key Responsibilities - Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including patient history, functional status, and pain assessment. - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals. - Administer therapeutic interventions, including exercise, manual therapy, and modalities. - Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs and strategies for managing their condition. - Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. - Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately and timely in electronic health records. - Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations. - Ensure a safe and effective treatment environment.

Required Qualifications - Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a DPT degree. - Current and active Physical Therapist license in the state of practice. - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Experience - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting.
Skills - Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. - Excellent manual therapy techniques. - Proficient in exercise prescription and progression. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
