JOB SUMMARY
Provide occupational therapy services to patients, assisting them in regaining or improving their ability to perform daily living and working activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' functional status, including muscle function, range of motion, sensory discrimination, coordination, and fine motor skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and physician orders.
- Teach patients techniques and exercises to improve their physical and cognitive abilities.
- Recommend and adapt adaptive equipment and assistive devices to aid patients in performing daily tasks.
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to manage their condition and prevent future injury.
- Document patient progress and services provided in accordance with facility and professional standards.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) registration.

Certifications
- NBCOT certification.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Prior experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.

- Ability to work effectively with diverse patient populations.
- Proficiency in adapting treatment methods to individual patient needs.
