JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist with a strong understanding of sterile techniques and surgical procedures. This role is crucial in assisting surgeons and supporting the operating room team to ensure patient safety and optimal surgical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare the operating room for surgical procedures, including gathering necessary equipment and supplies.
- Maintain a sterile field throughout surgical procedures.
- Assist the surgical team by anticipating needs and providing instruments and supplies.
- Monitor and manage the surgical instruments, sponges, and needles.
- Adhere to all sterile processing and infection control protocols.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ensure the operating room environment is safe and efficient.

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Graduation from an accredited Surgical Technology program.
