  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. The RN will provide direct patient care, coordinate treatment plans, and collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of patient safety and quality care. This role is essential in promoting patient health, preventing illness, and supporting recovery.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide direct nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
    2. Monitor patient health by recording vital signs and observing changes in condition.
    3. Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
    4. Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care.
    5. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care.
    6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records.
    7. Ensure compliance with facility policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
    8. Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Nursing Assistants, and other support staff as needed.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN).
    2. Current RN license in the state of practice.
    3. Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
    4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
    5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in hospital, outpatient, or long-term care settings.
    2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
    3. Specialized training or experience in critical care, pediatrics, or geriatrics.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    2. Advanced certifications such as ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) or PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) preferred.
