  • JOB SUMMARY
    The Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) provides physical therapy services to patients in their homes. The role requires the ability to support patient needs throughout the entire island.

    • Provide Home Health physical therapy services to patients.
    • Support patient needs islandwide.

    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 6 months of Home Health travel experience in the last 3 years.
    • HI PT license.
    • Valid driver's license.
