JOB SUMMARY
Registered Nurse professionals providing direct patient care in a Medical Surgical and/or Telemetry setting. This role involves monitoring patient vital signs, administering medications, providing wound care, and educating patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and progress of patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure coordinated patient care.
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Valid RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications
- Basic Life Support (BLS)

Experience
- Previous experience in Medical Surgical or Telemetry nursing is often preferred.
