  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The RN will provide critical care to patients with life-threatening conditions, ensuring high-quality treatment, monitoring, and support in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards.
    2. Monitor patients’ vital signs, administer medications, and manage advanced medical equipment.
    3. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
    4. Educate patients and families on treatment options, recovery processes, and ongoing care needs.
    5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient status, interventions, and outcomes.
    6. Uphold infection control and safety standards within the ICU.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent degree.
    3. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    4. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    5. Ability to work effectively under pressure in high-stress situations.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior ICU or emergency department experience.
    2. Advanced training in critical care nursing.
    3. Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS).
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
    3. Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) certification (preferred).
