JOB SUMMARY
Seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for the Emergency Department. This role is critical in providing immediate and life-saving care to patients experiencing acute illnesses and injuries.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions, develop care plans, and administer appropriate treatments.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to care.
- Perform emergency procedures and administer medications.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records.

Schedule / Shift
- Flexible scheduling may include days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Required Qualifications
- Current RN license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (or willingness to obtain).

Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Emergency Department setting.

Skills

- Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
