  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for drawing blood from patients of all ages for medical testing, donations, transfusions, or research. This role plays a vital part in patient care and the diagnostic process.

    Key Responsibilities
    Perform blood collection procedures, including venipuncture and finger or heel pricks
    Draw blood from patients across all age groups, including infants, children, adults, and the elderly
    Ensure accurate labeling, handling, and preparation of collected samples for laboratory analysis
    Follow standard protocols and safety procedures to prevent contamination or infection
    Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure proper disposal of biohazardous materials

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent
    2. Completion of an accredited phlebotomy training program
    3. Proficiency in venipuncture and other blood collection techniques
    4. Ability to work effectively with patients of all ages
    5. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Previous experience in a clinical or laboratory setting

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) or equivalent certification (preferred)
