  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional service to patients in the call center. This role involves answering calls, verifying and updating patient information, scheduling appointments, and supporting clinical operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Verify and update patient demographics, screen for program eligibility, and gather required information.
    2. Screen and schedule patient appointments based on medical need and established scheduling guidelines.
    3. Conduct appointment reminder calls, reschedules, and lab result appointments as assigned.
    4. Answer general questions and provide accurate information to patients.
    5. Work flexible schedules and overtime as necessary.
    6. Attend workshops, training sessions, and meetings as requested.
    7. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

    Required Qualifications
    1. High school diploma or equivalent.
    2. Minimum of three months of medical office or customer service experience.
    3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
    4. Bilingual – Vietnamese (required).
    5. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    Preferred Qualifications
    1. One year of medical office experience.
    2. Community or public health experience.
    3. Experience with medical practice management programs.
