Job Description

The RN Emergency Department role is focused on providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency setting. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in emergency nursing and demonstrate strong clinical and organizational skills.

Required Qualifications

1. Experience:
   • 3-5 years of strong emergency room (ER) nursing experience.
   • Previous travel nursing experience preferred.
2. Certifications:
   • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
   • TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
   • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
3. Skills:
   • Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
   • Exceptional organizational skills.
4. Licensure:
   • Active Client nursing license.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

• Experience with Epic EHR software.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused demeanor.
