  • Job Summary
    The Program Operations Coordinator III plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence across pest control program activities. This position works directly with other coordinators, analysts, and the program manager to monitor performance benchmarks, manage escalations, and oversee service adjustments. The coordinator will review temporary increase requests, track increased services, and assist with the de-escalation process to maintain compliance and efficiency.

    This role requires strong organizational skills, vendor coordination expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Training will be provided, and the entire team is office-based.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Collaborate with coordinators, analysts, and program managers to ensure quality of work delivered.
    2. Monitor pest control work order queues and proposals.
    3. Review and process temporary increase requests; monitor increased services and assist with de-escalation.
    4. Coordinate vendor activities and conduct vendor business reviews.
    5. Adjust service levels and track compliance with program standards.
    6. Maintain accurate administrative records and reporting documentation.
    7. Support performance and productivity benchmarks across the program.
    8. Provide analytical support and reporting to leadership teams.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience.
    2. 2+ years of experience in recognizing and measuring key performance indicators.
    3. 2+ years of experience in property, vendor, or program management.
    4. 2+ years of analytical and reporting experience.
    5. 2+ years of vendor management experience, including conducting vendor business reviews.
    6. 2+ years of managing multiple projects.
    7. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

    Education
    1. High school diploma or GED required.
    2. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred, with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
