  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with diverse medical conditions, ensuring safety, comfort, and quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver patient-centered nursing care in the medical-surgical unit
    2. Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and progress
    3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
    4. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
    5. Educate patients and families on health management, procedures, and discharge instructions
    6. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
    7. Support patients through recovery and rehabilitation processes

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
    2. Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a medical-surgical setting
    3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
    2. Experience in acute care or specialized medical-surgical units

    Certifications (if any)
