  • Job Summary  
    We are seeking a dedicated Dental Hygienist to join our team and provide high-quality preventive oral care to patients. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient education, oral health promotion, and delivering exceptional hygiene services in a collaborative dental practice environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Perform dental cleanings, scaling, and polishing to remove plaque, tartar, and stains.
    2. Conduct oral health assessments and chart patient conditions.
    3. Take and interpret dental x-rays as needed.
    4. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and nutrition.
    5. Apply fluoride treatments and sealants to protect teeth.
    6. Assist dentists during examinations and procedures when required.
    7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
    8. Ensure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
    9. Support patient comfort and care throughout appointments.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
    2. Current state license to practice as a Dental Hygienist.
    3. Strong knowledge of dental hygiene techniques, oral health practices, and patient care standards.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work collaboratively with dentists and dental assistants.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience working in a general or specialty dental practice.
    2. Familiarity with electronic dental records (EDR) systems.
    3. Strong patient education and counseling skills.

    Certifications
    1. CPR certification required.
    2. Additional certifications in advanced hygiene techniques or anesthesia administration preferred.

    Note - Travel experience required
