JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a skilled and certified Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) to join a healthcare facility. This is a travel position involving backfill coverage on weekends.

Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic medical sonographic examinations in various medical settings.
Measure and record anatomical, physiological, and pathological data.
Operate ultrasound equipment to acquire necessary images.
Utilize ultrasound technology to assist physicians in diagnosis and treatment.
Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures.
Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of documentation.
Adhere to safety protocols and departmental policies.

Schedule / Shift
Friday - Sunday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Required Qualifications
Completion of an accredited Ultrasound Technology program.
Active ARDMS certification (e.g., RDMS, RVT, RDCS) or equivalent.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
Previous experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.

Skills
Proficiency in performing a variety of ultrasound examinations.
Ability to operate and troubleshoot ultrasound equipment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
