Job Description:

  • We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate care to residents in a healthcare setting. 
    The ideal candidate must have acute care experience and be available to work in both San Diego and San Marcos as needed.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
    • Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure and pulse.
    • Work closely with the nursing staff to create a positive and supportive environment.
    • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
    • Assist residents with mobility and transfers as needed.
    • Follow infection control and safety procedures to maintain a clean and secure environment.

    Qualifications:
    • Valid CNA certification.
    • BLS Certification (Basic Life Support).
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • At least 1 year of acute care experience (Med Surg or Telemetry preferred).
    • Prior CNA experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
