JOB TITLE
Registered Nurse - Medical / Surgical

JOB SUMMARY
Provides direct and indirect nursing care to patients across various medical and surgical units. Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient well-being and recovery.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor vital signs and patient responses to treatment.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and care management.
- Document patient care activities accurately and comprehensively.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care.

Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical/surgical setting is preferred.
