  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to support our cardiology team in performing specialized diagnostic and therapeutic procedures related to cardiac electrophysiology. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of EP experience and be proficient in advanced technologies including Left Bundle Pacing, Watchman, Pulsed Field Ablation, and Leadless Device implantation. This is a full-time, 40-hour per week position with flexible 8 or 10-hour shifts starting at 7:00 AM or 7:30 AM.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Prepare patients for electrophysiology procedures and assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures.
    • Operate and maintain EP lab equipment, ensuring all devices are functioning properly and are calibrated.
    • Monitor patient vitals and ECGs during procedures, recognizing and responding to arrhythmias or complications.
    • Document procedural details and ensure accurate data entry into medical records.
    • Maintain a sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols.
    • Participate in post-procedure care and device programming as required.
    • Assist in training and mentoring less experienced staff when applicable.

    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 2 years of experience as an Electrophysiology Technologist.
    • Proficient in assisting with a broad range of EP procedures.
    • Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and electrophysiological techniques.
    • Ability to work effectively in a high-paced, team-oriented clinical environment.
    • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    • Experience in the following advanced EP procedures:
    • Left Bundle Branch Pacing
    • Watchman Implantation
    • Pulsed Field Ablation
    • Leadless Pacemaker Implantation
    Certifications (if any)
    • RCES (Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist) or equivalent preferred.
    • BLS and ACLS certifications required.
