Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified Medical Lab Technician to support laboratory operations and ensure accurate and timely diagnostic testing. This role requires hands-on laboratory experience and adherence to quality and safety standards. The position follows a structured weekday schedule with rotating days off.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory testing and analysis in accordance with established protocols
- Ensure accuracy and quality of test results
- Maintain laboratory equipment and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Follow safety, compliance, and quality control standards
- Document and report test results in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to support patient care
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Lab Technician
- Travel experience required
- ASCP certification or equivalent required
- Ability to work 36 hours per week on a rotating schedule (4x9 shifts, 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM, weekdays only)
- Ability to meet submission requirements including required documentation
