Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care team. The nurse will provide patient-centered care in an outpatient setting, ensuring safe, efficient, and compassionate services for individuals across diverse medical needs.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver direct nursing care to patients in ambulatory clinics.
2. Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions.
3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
4. Educate patients and families on health management, procedures, and follow-up care.
5. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
6. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance with clinical standards.
7. Support clinic operations, including patient flow and scheduling efficiency.
Required Qualifications
1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills.
4. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
1. Prior experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinic settings.
2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Certifications (if any)
1. BLS (Basic Life Support) required.
2. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
