  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This role requires strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide high-quality care to critically ill pediatric patients in a fast-paced environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Deliver professional nursing care to pediatric patients in the PICU.
    2. Apply nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures to patient care.
    3. Organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
    4. Collaborate effectively with physicians, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
    5. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment plans.
    6. Respond effectively to the cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Minimum of 2 year of nursing experience.
    3. Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, and procedures.
    4. Strong organizational and planning skills.
    5. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
    6. Ability to maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
    7. Basic computer skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or critical care setting.
    2. Familiarity with physician office systems and medical terminology.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    2. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification preferred.

    Note - Travel Experience Required
