Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Oncology to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and treatment support.

Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver direct patient care to individuals undergoing oncology treatment
2. Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document clinical information accurately
3. Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
4. Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, side effects, and ongoing care needs
5. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
1. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
2. Active state nursing license
3. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
4. Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
1. Experience in a hospital or specialized oncology care setting
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to work effectively in high-stress environments
