Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse – Oncology to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide specialized nursing care to oncology patients, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and treatment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care to individuals undergoing oncology treatment
- Administer medications, monitor patient progress, and document clinical information accurately
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures, side effects, and ongoing care needs
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
- Active state nursing license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN) credential
