Job Description:

  • LPN for the second floor Adult Internal Medicine.


     Responsibilities - ordering supplies/immunizations/meds for floor stock, and assisting with immunizations, orders, treatments, and helping with in basket work (scheduling, rx re-newals, results)

    Epic experience and immunization administration is a huge plus.


    A current state  LPN license, BLS, 2 years experience in Ambulatory care.
