Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. The ideal candidate will manage daily office operations, coordinate schedules, and ensure smooth communication across departments. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism
- Assist with travel arrangements, expense reports, and office supply management
- Support team projects by gathering information and preparing documentation
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain professional discretion
- Provide general administrative support to leadership and staff as needed
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
