  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our busy Family Medicine practice in Plymouth. This full-time role involves direct patient care on the floor, including administering vaccines, medications, and providing patient education. The position is Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, with an immediate start.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Administer vaccines and medications to patients in accordance with clinical guidelines.
    2. Provide patient education and teaching related to medications, treatments, and preventive care.
    3. Support physicians and registered nurses in delivering high-quality patient care.
    4. Monitor patient responses and report any concerns to the supervising provider.
    5. Maintain accurate documentation in patient medical records.
    6. Ensure compliance with infection control and safety protocols.
    7. Assist with general floor duties in a busy family medicine practice.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice.
    2. Minimum of 1–2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a family medicine or primary care setting.
    3. Strong clinical skills in administering vaccines and medications.
    4. Excellent communication and patient education abilities.
    5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Experience in adult patient care.
    2. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Current LPN license (mandatory).
    2. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (preferred).
