  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Ambulatory Care team. This role is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care in an outpatient setting, supporting patients with preventive care, chronic disease management, and pre- and post-procedural care. The RN will collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to deliver safe and efficient care in a clinic or outpatient facility.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Conduct patient assessments and obtain medical histories during outpatient visits.
    2. Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed.
    3. Assist with minor procedures and provide patient education regarding treatments and follow-up care.
    4. Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
    5. Coordinate care plans, referrals, and follow-ups with other departments or specialists.
    6. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
    7. Ensure a safe, clean, and organized clinical environment.
    8. Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to infection control and safety protocols.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
    2. Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience, preferably in an outpatient or ambulatory care setting
    3. Strong knowledge of nursing practices and outpatient care procedures
    4. Proficient in patient education and communication
    5. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
    2. Experience in chronic disease management, preventive care, or surgical follow-up
    3. Bilingual proficiency (if applicable to patient population)

    Certifications
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) (preferred)
