JOB SUMMARY Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Key Responsibilities - Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding. - Monitor vital signs, intake and output, and report changes in patient condition to the nursing staff. - Assist with patient mobility, including turning, repositioning, and transferring. - Maintain a clean and safe patient environment. - Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Schedule / Shift Rotating shifts
Required Qualifications - High School Diploma or GED.
Certifications - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. - Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license.
Experience - 6 months of CNA experience.
Skills - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. - Understanding of patient privacy and confidentiality.
Patient Population Adult and geriatric patients.
Unit / Specialty General medical-surgical unit.
