  • Job Summary
    We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (Telemetry) to provide specialized care for patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. The ideal candidate will deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care while collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Monitor patients’ cardiac rhythms and vital signs using telemetry equipment.
    2. Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in status.
    3. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
    4. Educate patients and families about cardiac health, treatment plans, and recovery.
    5. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records.
    6. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    2. Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
    3. Strong knowledge of cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment.
    4. Excellent communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    Preferred Qualifications (if any)
    1. Prior experience in a hospital telemetry or step-down unit.
    2. Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

    Certifications (if any)
    1. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
    2. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
    3. CCRN (Critical Care Registered Nurse) certification is a plus.
