"Administer and monitor medications, treatments, and procedures as ordered by physicians.",
"Perform patient assessments, document findings, and communicate changes in patient condition to the RN.",
"Initiate and maintain intravenous lines, administer blood products, and manage central lines and peripheral lines.",
"Monitor patients via telemetry and manage telemetry monitoring equipment.",
"Provide wound care, including the use of wound vacuums.",
"Perform tracheostomy care and management, and manage feeding tubes.",
"Administer oxygen therapy via various methods, including High Flow Nasal Cannula.",
"Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and care for patients with orthopedic trauma and post-total joint replacements.",
"Manage surgical drains and understand and adhere to Heparin Protocols.",
"Observe and implement isolation precautions.",
"Utilize Rapid Response and Code Teams as needed.",
"Manage patients with pacemakers (temporary/permanent).",
"Take own patient assignment with RN support.",
"Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimal patient outcomes."
