  • Job Summary
    We are seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist with specialized tertiary/high-risk Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience to support our Level III NICU unit. The facility handles a high volume of deliveries including VBACs, Caesarean sections, and natural births. This role is ideal for candidates with solid L&D expertise who are open to extra shifts and can commit to orientation starting every Monday.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Provide surgical support during a wide range of deliveries including VBACs, Caesareans, and natural births.
    2. Work in a high-volume, high-acuity Level III NICU environment.
    3. Adhere to all hospital protocols and safety standards.
    4. Participate in weekly orientation sessions and ongoing training.
    5. Communicate effectively with medical staff and support teams to ensure smooth surgical procedures.

    Required Qualifications
    1. Must have prior tertiary/high-risk L&D experience.
    2. No first-time travelers accepted; must have proven experience in similar settings.
    3. Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (no local travelers).
    4. Must have been separated from Cleint for at least six months if previously employed.
    5. Willingness to provide availability for interview at the time of submission.
    6. Able to commit to orientation sessions starting Monday (excluding holidays).
    7. All return-to-office (RTO) requests must be disclosed upfront.

    Preferred Qualifications
    1. Experience working in a Level III NICU setting.
    2. Familiarity with hospital parking policies and public transportation options.

    Certifications
    1. Relevant Surgical Technologist certifications required.
