Job Summary:
The Client is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support front-office and administrative operations in a healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, experience working with EPIC, and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while delivering a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in and check-out
- Handle inbound phone calls, provide accurate information, or route calls appropriately
- Deliver high-quality customer service both in person and over the phone
- Perform administrative duties including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance
- Update, maintain, and verify patient records accurately in EPIC
- Support front-office workflows to ensure smooth daily operations
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience using EPIC (required)
- Prior experience in front desk, customer service, or administrative roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers and standard office applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills:
- Previous call center experience
- Prior healthcare industry experience
