We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Medical Assistant to join our Gastroenterology practice in Medford. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a collaborative clinical team delivering high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. 

Schedule: Tuesday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm  (32 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Room patients and obtain vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure)

• Ensure exam rooms are fully stocked, clean, and ready for use

• Assist with scheduling patient appointments and procedures

• Manage incoming patient messages and follow-up communications

• Work closely with providers and staff to support efficient clinical operations

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Medical Assistant in a healthcare setting

• Familiarity with clinical procedures, including taking vitals and performing EKGs

• Proficient in multitasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems

Certifications (Preferred but not required):

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)

• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
