    The Medical Office Front Desk Associate is responsible for supporting daily administrative and patient-facing operations in a healthcare setting. This role requires prior medical office experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Epic systems to ensure smooth clinic operations and excellent patient service.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Manage front desk operations and greet patients professionally.
    2. Schedule appointments and handle patient check-in and check-out processes.
    3. Verify patient information and update records in the Epic system.
    4. Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
    5. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic workflows.
    6. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to healthcare compliance standards.

    Required Qualifications
    • Prior medical office/front desk experience.
    • Hands-on experience with Epic systems.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
    • High school diploma or GED required.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Previous experience in a hospital or specialty clinic setting.
    • Familiarity with healthcare scheduling and insurance verification processes.
