Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet patients professionally.

- Verify patient information and update records in the Epic system.
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient clinic workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to healthcare compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
