JOB SUMMARY

The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care to patients, ensuring quality and safety in accordance with established policies, procedures, and standards of care. The Registered Nurse collaborates with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Key Responsibilities
• Provides direct patient care.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team.
• Documents patient care accurately and timely.
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications
• 1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse License (in the state where care is provided).
• Basic Life Support.

Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
• Three (3) to five (5) years of operating room circulating and scrubbing experience.
• Current or future bachelors degree in nursing or related field.
• Pre-op area skills.
• IV start skills.
