JOB SUMMARY
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) / Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. They administer medications, monitor patient vital signs, assist with daily living activities, and document patient observations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide basic nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition.
- Document patient observations and care provided in electronic health records.
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, feeding, and mobility.
- Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.

Schedule / Shift
- Availability for various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, as assigned.

Required Qualifications
- Valid state-issued LPN or LVN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN/LVN experience.

Skills
- Proficient in performing basic nursing procedures.
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

EMR / Systems
- Experience with electronic charting systems is a plus.

Patient Population
