Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Medical-Surgical RN for a travel assignment. Adult MS/post-surgical experience required. Travel nursing experience is mandatory. Local candidates under 75 miles accepted at local rate.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide care to adult MS patients, including post-surgical and bariatric patients.
• Manage patients with abdominal pain, cholelithiasis, fractures, osteoarthritis, back pain, and obesity.
• Utilize IV pumps, NG tubes, and feeding tubes.
• Document patient care in Epic EMR.
• Floating is required.
  

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of MS RN experience
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Active NY RN license and all active RN licenses verified through Nursys
• Skills checklist matching MS specialty
• Driver's license with address matching demographics
• Current AHA BLS
• RTO must be provided at submission
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic EMR experience
• Post-surgical and bariatric patient care experience

• AHA BLS – Current

• Shift: 6:30 PM – 7:00 AM
• Scrub Color: Navy Blue
• EMR: Epic
• Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed
