Key Responsibilities
• Perform venipuncture and specimen collection with minimal discomfort to patients
• Label, store, and prepare blood samples for laboratory processing
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of phlebotomy equipment
• Adhere to safety and infection control protocols
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient identification
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and clinical partners

Required Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience
• Current Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) credential
• Valid COVID-19 vaccination card
